Senior Consultant, Veeva Quality Systems

Description
- Contribute to Veeva design and deployment projects for life sciences and consumer products organizations
- Configure and implement Veeva Quality and Vault RIM solutions
- Lead requirements workshops, solution design, prototyping, configuration, and documentation for content management and QMS data solutions
- Build lasting client relationships beyond individual engagements
- Develop and manage project or workstream plans and timelines
- Define deliverables, allocate team resources, track issues and resolutions, and support scope and requirements management
- Support computer systems validation in Good Manufacturing Practices environments
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures
- Deliver knowledge transfer and end-user training while sharing implementation best practices
- Mentor junior systems analysts and guide client personnel
- Travel approximately 30–50% according to client and project requirements
Requirements
- At least five years of experience working with or for life sciences organizations
- Experience implementing life sciences Document or Quality Management systems as a consultant, business representative, or IT representative
- Experience with regulatory information management systems, including registrations and submissions, is preferred
- Knowledge of global quality requirements, compliance considerations, and related processes
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, EtQ, TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, or comparable quality information or content management systems
- Previous experience leading teams
- Adaptability and willingness to perform both solution design and hands-on configuration
- Strong client-service orientation with experience delivering engagements and executing project plans and tasks
- Highly developed analytical abilities
- Ability to present and write to a publication-quality standard
- Four-year degree from an accredited college or university
