Senior Cloud Infrastructure Analyst (AWS) – Darede, São Paulo Hybrid
Senior cloud infrastructure professional supporting and advancing Darede’s AWS environments in a hybrid São Paulo role. Focuses on critical incident response, automation, infrastructure as code, and GitOps practices.
Description
- Support and advance AWS environments
- Investigate complex incidents, determine root causes, and lead service restoration efforts
- Assess infrastructure, applications, networks, security, performance, availability, and integrations
- Help resolve critical incidents and contribute to root cause analyses (RCAs)
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code
- Develop and improve automation for operational work
- Build, maintain, and refine GitOps pipelines and processes
- Evaluate AWS architectures for risks, improvements, and optimization opportunities
- Recommend measures for security, resilience, performance, observability, and cost management
- Assist with production infrastructure changes, upgrades, and deployments
- Maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, diagrams, and knowledge articles
- Share expertise and support less experienced professionals
- Work with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve requests
- Proactively reduce incidents and improve environment stability
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing, operating, and troubleshooting AWS environments
- Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, IAM, Secrets Manager, and Security Hub
- Knowledge of DevOps automation services such as CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CloudFormation, and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Practical experience with infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform and Terragrunt
- Ability to use Shell scripting and Python for automation
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- Knowledge of GitOps practices and tools such as Argo CD
- Experience working with Kubernetes and containers
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and log analysis
- Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework practices
- Experience investigating and resolving incidents in production and highly critical environments
- Strong analytical ability and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Independence and confidence when troubleshooting and managing critical incidents
- A strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Clear communication with technical teams, managers, and clients
- Organized, disciplined approach to documenting work
