Senior Client Relationship Leader - Seattle Hybrid

Lead client relationship expansion and business development for CLA’s CAAS accounting outsourcing practice. Oversee engagements, sales planning, presentations, and local community networking.

Description

  • Grow existing client relationships while developing new community connections
  • Partner with the Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to advance service offerings and business growth
  • Identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and secure new business with a focus on strategic target accounts
  • Execute sales plans for prospective new accounts
  • Develop and deliver client presentations
  • Represent CLA at local and regional networking events
  • Manage ongoing engagements to ensure client needs are met
  • Track business development goals and sales activity in the CRM

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of professional experience, including Big Four Audit Manager or other public accounting experience combined with industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline
  • CPA certification preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong orientation toward client service delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Willingness to contribute actively to business development efforts
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills with the ability to earn the trust and respect of senior executives and team members
