Description
- Oversee operational delivery and client stakeholder relationships.
- Provide consulting guidance tailored to engagement needs.
- Contribute analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Gather Claims business requirements independently and translate them into effective reporting designs.
- Shape the target-state insights capability by identifying gaps, prioritising needs with stakeholders, and defining the route to the right solution.
- Build Power BI solutions hands-on, from wireframes and prototypes to production-ready reports, enhancements, and new implementations.
- Serve as the senior reporting lead and trusted Claims partner, establishing direction and proactively advancing delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Hands-on Power BI experience spanning wireframing, prototyping, production reporting, enhancements, and new builds.
- Ability to structure data, analytics, and reporting designs effectively.
- Awareness of data governance and quality practices to maintain trustworthy outputs.
- Ability to create wireframes and prototypes quickly to validate business requirements.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and insight-generation skills.
