Description

  • Elicit and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and useful insights.
  • Map current and future processes with models, workflows, and diagrams.
  • Work across teams to set project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Help design, build, and implement systems, processes, and tools.
  • Prepare and maintain requirements documents, user stories, and test cases.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Support end users and provide training.
  • Review system specifications to identify testing needs.
  • Prepare test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Run tests and document defects.
  • Work with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve quality.
  • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Contribute to project status and quality reviews.
  • Record testing methods, outcomes, and findings.
  • Research markets and assess competitors.
  • Support business cases, feasibility reviews, and project planning.
  • Contribute to quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and system validation.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain Power BI and Power Platform solutions in secure government and defense settings.
  • Deploy custom interactive Power BI visualizations, including organizational charts.
  • Coordinate Power Platform capabilities and align technical work.
  • Prepare deployment support materials, specifications, and configurations.
  • Investigate and resolve deployment problems.
  • Respond to customer questions and issues related to deployments.
  • Install and test hardware when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 8 years of Power BI and Power Platform experience.
  • Must already hold a Secret clearance.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI development.
  • Experienced with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Skilled in process mapping, data modeling, and eliciting requirements.
  • Able to manage the systems engineering lifecycle, from requirements analysis and configuration through design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Able to troubleshoot complex technical and nontechnical issues.
  • Experienced in evaluating, testing, deploying, and maintaining custom and third-party software upgrades.
  • Able to create and maintain system architecture and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Able to prepare engineering management, integrated support, and implementation plans.
  • Able to define integrated system requirements and propose design solutions.
  • Able to research and document analysis in technical reports and present findings and recommendations.
  • Able to troubleshoot system integration, compatibility, multi-platform, and performance issues.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Strong analytical ability and careful attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize work.
  • Experience with Agile approaches such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and testing methods.
  • ISTQB or comparable certification.
  • Understanding of web technologies and architectures.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible and willing to learn new technologies and methods.
  • Able to travel to an on-site location to collect government-furnished equipment.
  • Business analysis certification such as CBAP or CCBA is preferred.
