Description

  • Support private equity firms, investment funds, and corporate clients through mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Advise on buy-side and sell-side transactions across the deal lifecycle.
  • Build sector expertise while developing specialist financial due diligence capabilities.
  • Use Alteryx and other advanced data analytics tools to analyze financial information and support complex transactions.
  • Translate data-driven findings into assessments of business performance and potential opportunities.
  • Present due diligence findings through cloud-based client reporting platforms.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and senior leaders throughout each transaction.

Requirements

  • This opportunity is open to SA2 candidates.
  • ACA-qualified, or holding an international equivalent with exams and required experience completed, or possessing equivalent professional experience.
  • Industry experience in one or more of these sectors: Energy, Utilities, Mining and Infrastructure; Healthcare and Pharma; Industrial Manufacturing and Services; Retail, Consumer and Leisure; Real Estate; or Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
  • Broad client experience combined with enthusiasm for collaborative client work.
  • Experience preparing written reports.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, or other data analytics and visualization tools is advantageous.
