Description

  • Design and build AI applications with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and emerging artificial intelligence technologies
  • Develop and coordinate AI agents for planning, reasoning, tool use, workflow automation, and multi-agent collaboration
  • Create agentic AI solutions with Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, CrewAI, and Microsoft agent frameworks
  • Apply retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, knowledge engineering, and enterprise AI architecture patterns
  • Build secure, scalable AI solutions that connect enterprise data, business applications, and digital platforms
  • Deploy, monitor, assess, and improve AI systems through MLOps, LLMOps, observability, and responsible AI practices
  • Work with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams to turn business challenges into practical AI outcomes
  • Advance generative and agentic AI through innovation initiatives, reusable accelerators, and thought leadership

Requirements

  • Proven software engineering ability with Python, C#, JavaScript or TypeScript, REST APIs, and cloud-native architecture
  • Practical experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Agents, and Azure Machine Learning
  • Experience developing AI agents, copilots, and agentic workflows using tool calling, memory, orchestration, and planning
  • Working knowledge of agentic frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or comparable platforms
  • Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and knowledge retrieval architecture
  • Understanding of modern data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Data Services, and enterprise knowledge foundations
  • Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, responsible AI, security, governance, and compliance practices
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Australian citizens are preferred, and permanent residents are also welcome to apply
