- Meet with company-provided leads for scheduled sales consultations
- Build customer relationships by understanding their organization goals
- Tour customers’ homes to identify storage opportunities
- Explain relevant products and services
- Recommend custom closet and storage designs
- Support residential customers with home organization solutions
- Close sales using company training and effective communication
Requirements
- No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required
- Receptive to coaching and feedback
- Growth-oriented and willing to complete 13 weeks of paid sales training
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Active auto insurance
- Comfortable entering residential homes
- Willing to complete a background check and drug screening
