  • Provide exceptional customer service by following the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Help maintain a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
  • Support customer assistance, product knowledge, product placement, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization
  • Handle daily retail activities, including POS operation, replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty-program promotion, store cleanliness, and recovery standards
  • Work with Store Management to strengthen individual key performance indicators through sales-focused techniques
  • Apply Crocs, Inc. asset protection policies and procedures covering loss prevention, inventory control, and compliance
