Description

Define and promote the architectural vision across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Guide Epics, Features, and Enablers through their full lifecycles
Develop and maintain the Architectural Runway with key stakeholders
Participate in PI Planning and advise development teams on technical decisions
Maintain consistency across microservices, APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture
Help shape Azure Cloud, DevOps, observability, and security strategies
Lead efforts to reduce technical debt and improve software quality
Partner with domain architects, Release Train Engineers, application managers, and international development teams

Requirements

Demonstrated experience designing large-scale distributed systems
Proficiency in SAFe environments and related architecture practices
Ability to establish strategic architecture direction and align teams with shared standards
Strong communication skills, including explaining complex concepts to technical and business stakeholders
Cross-functional judgment for balancing architecture decisions in complex environments
SAFe, cloud, or architecture certification
Experience with observability, application modernization, and DevOps transformation
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Professional proficiency in French
Professional proficiency in English
Expertise in microservices, SOA, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and Kafka
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD
Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Oracle
Knowledge of Dynatrace and Kibana
Knowledge of IAM, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Security by Design
Knowledge of SAFe, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
