- Define and promote the architectural vision across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Guide Epics, Features, and Enablers through their full lifecycles
- Develop and maintain the Architectural Runway with key stakeholders
- Participate in PI Planning and advise development teams on technical decisions
- Maintain consistency across microservices, APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture
- Help shape Azure Cloud, DevOps, observability, and security strategies
- Lead efforts to reduce technical debt and improve software quality
- Partner with domain architects, Release Train Engineers, application managers, and international development teams

- Demonstrated experience designing large-scale distributed systems
- Proficiency in SAFe environments and related architecture practices
- Ability to establish strategic architecture direction and align teams with shared standards
- Strong communication skills, including explaining complex concepts to technical and business stakeholders
- Cross-functional judgment for balancing architecture decisions in complex environments
- SAFe, cloud, or architecture certification
- Experience with observability, application modernization, and DevOps transformation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Professional proficiency in French
- Professional proficiency in English
- Expertise in microservices, SOA, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and Kafka
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD
- Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Oracle
- Knowledge of Dynatrace and Kibana
- Knowledge of IAM, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Security by Design
- Knowledge of SAFe, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
