RF Analog Layout Engineer (FinFET) – Capgemini, Remote Ukraine
Join Capgemini Engineering as an RF analog layout engineer working remotely from Ukraine. Design and optimize high-frequency FinFET circuits, with a focus on parasitics, shielding, matching, and RF reliability.
Description
- Create layouts for high-frequency analog and RF blocks using FinFET technology
- Develop layouts for RF circuits, including LNAs, mixers, VCOs, and PLL sub-blocks
- Refine high-frequency signal routing to reduce parasitic capacitance and inductance
- Apply coaxial, differential, and ground shielding to limit coupling and crosstalk
- Manage EM/IR reliability for high-current RF paths while meeting advanced DRC/LVS requirements
- Use matching methods for RF differential pairs and passive components such as inductors and capacitors
- Work with RF designers to achieve gain, noise figure, and phase noise objectives
- Follow color-aware routing and multi-patterning requirements for RF metal layers
Requirements
- Practical experience designing RF layouts at FinFET process nodes
- Strong knowledge of parasitic management in high-frequency circuits
- Understanding of EM modeling, substrate coupling, and circuit isolation methods
- Proficiency with RF-aware EDA tools and post-layout simulation workflows
- Knowledge of RF device reliability, aging effects, and mitigation techniques
- Experience with RF sign-off processes and EM extraction tools is preferred
- Ability to optimize layouts for low phase noise and high linearity is preferred
- Scripting experience for RF layout automation and verification is preferred
