Revenue Insights Analyst – Remote

Analyze OpenLoop’s telehealth revenue data to improve go-to-market performance through dashboards, funnel analysis, forecasting, and executive reporting.

Description

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering the full go-to-market funnel, from acquisition through pipeline, conversion, and retention
  • Evaluate funnel results and trends to uncover conversion constraints, drop-off patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to forecasting and planning with dependable analysis and scenario modeling
  • Use insights into pipeline quality, campaign results, sales productivity, and customer health to improve revenue efficiency
  • Provide clear executive reporting through weekly pipeline updates, QBR materials, and ad hoc analyses
  • Work with Revenue Intelligence to resolve data quality concerns, verify analytical inputs, and maintain confidence in insights
  • Enable Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Create scalable self-service reporting systems that support business growth

Requirements

  • Bring 3–5 or more years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or a data-intensive business intelligence position
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred
  • Demonstrate strong SQL proficiency
  • Have experience creating reports and dashboards with Tableau, Looker, or comparable business intelligence tools
  • Understand SaaS revenue measures such as pipeline, ARR, conversion, churn, NRR, CAC, and LTV
  • Have worked with Salesforce and/or HubSpot data
  • Communicate complex findings through excellent data storytelling
  • Apply rigorous data validation practices and careful attention to detail
  • Approach problems proactively with intellectual curiosity
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
