Revenue Data Entry Clerk — Canada (Remote)

Process revenue records, verify financial data, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end reporting for Imperial Parking Canada in a remote role.

Description

  • Record daily revenue documentation within two business days of upload
  • Check entries for completeness and accuracy before reconciling data groups and posting information to the ledger
  • Research and correct discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing details
  • Track workflow volumes and update internal and external stakeholders on delays, missing reports, and processing effects
  • Keep revenue reports and related documentation accurate and complete
  • Answer questions from the Revenue Accounts team and other internal stakeholders
  • Organize competing tasks to meet processing deadlines
  • Support month-end revenue close by ensuring entries are entered, checked, and posted by the fourth business day of each month
  • Escalate issues that may affect service levels, reporting accuracy, or month-end deadlines
  • Complete additional duties for the Services & Operational Support and Customer Experience departments
  • Report to the Supervisor, Services and Operational Support

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in data entry, administration, or a related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Ability to enter data quickly, accurately, and efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Strong urgency, ownership, and accountability
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Experience working in an environment where accuracy and timeliness are essential
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business applications
  • A dedicated, quiet workspace with reliable internet access
  • Commitment to departmental service levels and month-end reporting deadlines
