Revenue Cycle Educator - Hybrid, Springfield, Missouri

CoxHealth is seeking a Revenue Cycle Educator to train staff on revenue cycle systems and processes. The role includes audits, education program development, and process improvement support.

Description

  • Partner with leaders across the organization
  • Conduct education audits
  • Analyze education trends and identify training needs
  • Train Revenue Cycle end users on computer systems and related content
  • Support classroom instruction and credentialing activities
  • Perform quality reviews and needs assessments
  • Help develop and maintain curricula
  • Create and maintain online education modules
  • Schedule and coordinate training classes
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, workgroups, systems testing, and system upgrades

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least four years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
  • Two years of formal training or leadership experience
  • Critical-thinking, analytical, and reasoning skills for problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to build positive, service-focused relationships with leaders and coworkers at all levels while demonstrating Partners Values
  • Ability to work professionally and effectively in an energetic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to the success of students and coworkers at all levels
  • Ability to provide developmentally appropriate feedback across the organization
