Revenue Cycle Analyst - United States Remote

Analyze healthcare claims, payments, denials, underpayments, and account reconciliations for Ensemble Health Partners’ revenue cycle management operations. Use data and reimbursement terms to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and improve financial performance.

Description

  • Analyze claims, payments, and account reconciliations in depth
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance throughout the revenue cycle
  • Track trends in underpayments, denials, and revenue leakage
  • Assess root causes and recommend actions that improve financial performance
  • Review and validate claim and payment data
  • Interpret contract reimbursement terms
  • Prepare comprehensive reports
  • Complete assigned underpayment projects
  • Partner with cross-functional teams
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Support process improvements that optimize workflows and reduce cycle times

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
  • Residence in the United States is required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Experience, education, and licensure may be considered when determining compensation
