Reporting Analyst, People Analytics - Sao Paulo Hybrid

People Analytics analyst responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and performance indicators for LBCA, a corporate law firm. The role focuses on data processing and supporting process improvements.

Description

  • Develop, update, and monitor management reports for People Analytics
  • Extract, consolidate, and process information from internal systems and control databases
  • Refresh workforce information and key performance indicators on a recurring basis
  • Review and validate data to maintain the accuracy and reliability of reported information
  • Create and maintain tracking and control spreadsheets
  • Track workload, productivity, deadlines, and other performance indicators
  • Investigate and resolve inconsistencies in databases
  • Help prepare presentations and other management materials
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Work with People Analytics data at a full-service corporate law firm that develops proprietary technology for managing legal data and documents

Requirements

  • Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, People Management, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline
  • Background in preparing and updating reports, control trackers, and key performance indicators
  • Experience processing, consolidating, and analyzing database information
  • Practical experience using Excel and managing spreadsheets
  • Understanding of operational measures, including volume, productivity, and SLA monitoring
  • Experience reviewing and validating information for accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas and functions, spreadsheet structuring, database processing and consolidation, tables, data comparisons, metrics, reports, and dashboards
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Power BI or comparable reporting tools are desirable
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence and related applications is an advantage
  • Analytical and logical reasoning, strong organization, attention to detail, and an investigative, critical approach
  • Ability to communicate findings and present results and key metrics clearly
  • Proactive, self-directed, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information
