Revise text, images, buttons, and other page components
Reposition and resize content with Wix’s drag-and-drop editor
Link buttons to the correct internal pages
Preserve established brand colors, typography, layout, visual standards, and page structure
Check pages in both desktop and mobile views
Keep content readable, well-spaced, aligned, and visually balanced
Use screenshots, written guidance, and existing pages as design references
Apply supplied content and instructions to requested website changes
Support basic Wix newsletter and content publishing tasks as needed
Perform basic quality assurance before submitting completed work
Request clarification whenever instructions are ambiguous
Refresh the homepage to represent the client’s broader Emotional Wellness Coach positioning
Create clear navigation paths to Mind-Body Connection and Parenting or Parenting Teens content
Feature approximately 11 existing workshops while preserving current payment functionality
Pause for clarification, samples, progress updates, or confirmation when requested
Complete a practical website-focused assessment

Requirements

Experience using Wix or a similar website-building platform
Solid grasp of basic web layout and visual presentation
Comfort working with drag-and-drop website editors
Careful attention to spacing, alignment, sizing, and readability
Understanding of responsive and mobile website layouts
Basic experience managing website content
Ability to follow established design patterns without introducing an unrelated style
Strong attention to detail
Ability to execute step-by-step instructions accurately
Comfort reviewing visual layouts with screenshots and AI tools such as ChatGPT
No coding or programming experience is required
Familiarity with Wix, Google Workspace, email, WhatsApp, and ChatGPT or comparable AI tools
Ideally available for some overlap with the client’s Pacific Time working hours
Completion of a practical assessment before engagement
Ability to estimate assessment time and accurately report the time actually spent
