Description
- Lead customer-facing architecture work on the Revenue Solutions team
- Gather reporting needs from business users and shape dashboard and report designs
- Convert reporting needs into technical specifications for dashboards and reports
- Guide business users and technical colleagues in building effective reports and dashboards
- Create dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics
- Set development and deployment standards for dataflows, lenses, and dashboards
- Define operating and refresh practices aligned with the global data strategy
- Work with customers, technical colleagues, and the AI team
Requirements
- At least five years working on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on technical applications
- Experience delivering projects end to end, including integrations with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong grasp of multi-tenant and integration architecture
- Good understanding of CI/CD solutions
- Good understanding of PaaS and IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure
- Practical development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
- Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel internationally
