Web3 Marketing Specialist
Lead social, community, partnership, and campaign marketing for Orderly Network’s decentralized trading platform. Build Web3 collaborations and improve marketing performance across global channels.
Description
- Lead social media, community, and external communications to grow Orderly’s brand and engagement across Web3.
- Build relationships with KOLs, influencers, Web3 projects, protocols, and ecosystem partners.
- Find and deliver collaboration and co-marketing opportunities.
- Create and coordinate external content, including partnership announcements, campaign launches, and product updates.
- Plan and run marketing campaigns and community initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
- Follow Web3 industry trends, community discussions, and competitor activity.
- Measure marketing performance through engagement, audience growth, referral traffic, and other metrics.
- Use campaign results and audience insights to improve future marketing efforts.
- Own initiatives from initial planning and partner outreach through delivery and performance review.
- Work with colleagues and external partners across countries, cultures, and time zones.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in marketing, social media, community management, partnerships, or a related area; Web3, crypto, DeFi, or fintech experience is preferred.
- A solid understanding of Web3, including crypto communities, KOLs, DeFi projects, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver marketing initiatives independently, manage several projects, and achieve results with minimal supervision.
- Experience finding and building relationships with KOLs, influencers, external partners, or Web3 projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong writing and content creation skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management, community engagement, KOL campaigns, and marketing performance measurement.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with DEXs, perpetual trading, or crypto trading infrastructure is an advantage.
- Experience developing trading systems or financial products is an advantage.
