  • Lead social media, community, and external communications to grow Orderly’s brand and engagement across Web3.
  • Build relationships with KOLs, influencers, Web3 projects, protocols, and ecosystem partners.
  • Find and deliver collaboration and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Create and coordinate external content, including partnership announcements, campaign launches, and product updates.
  • Plan and run marketing campaigns and community initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
  • Follow Web3 industry trends, community discussions, and competitor activity.
  • Measure marketing performance through engagement, audience growth, referral traffic, and other metrics.
  • Use campaign results and audience insights to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Own initiatives from initial planning and partner outreach through delivery and performance review.
  • Work with colleagues and external partners across countries, cultures, and time zones.

Prasības

  • At least five years of experience in marketing, social media, community management, partnerships, or a related area; Web3, crypto, DeFi, or fintech experience is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of Web3, including crypto communities, KOLs, DeFi projects, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver marketing initiatives independently, manage several projects, and achieve results with minimal supervision.
  • Experience finding and building relationships with KOLs, influencers, external partners, or Web3 projects is a strong advantage.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media management, community engagement, KOL campaigns, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with DEXs, perpetual trading, or crypto trading infrastructure is an advantage.
  • Experience developing trading systems or financial products is an advantage.
