- Recontact leads previously reached by email by phone
- Call and qualify inbound leads by phone
- Follow up with existing contacts by phone
- Make cold calls to prospective new customers
- Arrange, prepare for, and follow up on appointments by email and phone
- Maintain and oversee the CRM system
- Set appointments for the SEO and Google Ads agency
- Help online shops and e-commerce businesses in the DACH region improve profitability and reduce reliance on major marketplaces
Requirements
- Substantial sales experience, including cold calling, is required
- Experience selling for a marketing agency is advantageous
- Approach conversations with confidence and a willingness to move beyond your comfort zone
- Work toward targets with strong motivation to increase commission earnings
- Communicate exceptionally well with quick thinking and clear expression
- Show ambition, eagerness to learn, and strong drive
- Work independently while taking ownership of your responsibilities
- Respond reliably and promptly to inquiries
- Have perfect written and spoken German
- Be available for full-time work
