Description
- Review published legal benchmark tasks in the real estate practice area
- Adjudicate public feedback on task prompts and grading rubrics
- Perform structural quality checks across prompts, rubrics, and attached source documents
- Examine purchase and sale agreements, lease schedules, title and survey materials, and closing deliverables
- Contribute to projects that train and improve AI systems
Requirements
- Demonstrated legal expertise in real estate
- Experience reviewing purchase and sale agreements, lease schedules, title and survey materials, and closing deliverables
- Ability to assess and resolve public feedback on legal benchmark prompts and grading rubrics
- Experience conducting structural quality reviews of prompts, rubrics, and supporting source documents
- Availability to work as an independent contractor
- Must not be an H-1B or STEM OPT candidate
