Remote Order Administrator at Cutter & Buck

Cutter & Buck is seeking a remote Order Administrator to enter and process customer sportswear orders. The role supports Customer Service through accurate data entry, order review, and special projects.

Description

  • Enter customer purchase order data accurately and efficiently
  • Review and process standard and automated orders in line with company guidelines and current sales programs
  • Provide timely, accurate data entry support for customer orders
  • Communicate effectively with the internal Customer Service team
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Handle special projects as assigned
  • Maintain a customer-first approach
  • Organize work, prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • At least one year of data entry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable and dependable work habits
  • Availability for occasional overtime when needed
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
  • Positive, professional, and solution-oriented approach
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Conexiom and Infor M3 experience highly desired
  • Must attest to meeting the technical requirements for remote work
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment authorization is verified through E-Verify
  • Post-offer background screening and substance abuse testing required
