Description

  • Deliver specialized instruction from a home office through WBS LearnSpace 3D®
  • Use varied teaching approaches to plan and conduct engaging lessons
  • Create and update learning materials aligned with the curriculum
  • Assess participants’ progress and competency development
  • Configure and use widely adopted AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and n8n
  • Produce, refine, and assess media generated with AI
  • Teach hands-on AI applications throughout the marketing lifecycle
  • Design forward-looking learning concepts for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce
  • Track and independently deepen knowledge of emerging AI tools and developments
  • Help participants strengthen their professional capabilities and prepare for employment

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, or marketing
  • Proven professional experience using generative AI
  • Proficiency with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable large language models
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
  • Experience using AI tools to generate images and video
  • Understanding of AI governance, data protection, and responsible AI practices
  • At least 600 hours of documented adult-education training experience
  • Pedagogical qualification, such as an AEVO instructor certificate
  • Strong methodological and didactic ability to communicate educational content
  • Ability to make complex subjects understandable to learners at varying levels
  • Self-directed, organized approach with a high level of personal accountability
  • Excellent communication and instructional abilities
  • German proficiency at C2 level, as German is the teaching language
  • Professional experience supporting at least two areas of specialization
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and/or e-commerce
  • Experience or knowledge in SEO, SEA, social media advertising, customer journey mapping, branding, HTML5, CSS3, and online marketing law
  • Experience with content creation, video, reels, storytelling, community management, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, influencer marketing, and media law
  • Experience with data-driven marketing, e-commerce strategy, marketplace positioning, online-store development and optimization, CMS platforms, web-development fundamentals, and e-commerce SEO/SEA
