Description

  • Develop social-first branded content in product, personality, lifestyle and hosting formats
  • Present products through content designed to feel natural on social platforms
  • Produce talk-to-camera videos, tutorials, explainers, demonstrations and reaction content
  • Capture content in real-world locations, moments, events and experiences
  • Create vox pops and street interviews, host events and deliver premium entertainment content
  • Follow Born Social briefs while working within each brand’s guidelines
  • Incorporate feedback when requested
  • Submit finished content for review
  • Use creative work to help brands strengthen relevance, trust and distinctiveness

Requirements

  • Have professional experience creating content in the United States
  • Regularly produce polished short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts or comparable platforms
  • Know how to make content feel native, engaging and culturally relevant
  • Demonstrate strong judgment in lighting, audio, composition, editing and storytelling
  • Translate creative briefs into content while contributing your own ideas and instincts
  • Work confidently within brand standards and respond constructively to creative direction
  • Communicate clearly, meet deadlines and collaborate professionally with agency teams
  • Be interested in developing ongoing relationships with brands
  • Produce high-quality content without relying on a large audience
