Remote Community Association Manager – Tennessee

Manage HOA operations, vendors, budgets, and compliance for CMGT, a technology-driven property management company. Serve Tennessee homeowners and board members in a remote role.

Description

  • Serve as the main contact for property owners and board members
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
  • Coordinate property maintenance and work orders
  • Work with the corporate office and teams across departments
  • Manage budgets
  • Respond to resident and board member emails, calls, and requests
  • Plan and run HOA board and annual meetings
  • Ensure communities follow governing documents
  • Manage day-to-day residential property operations
  • Inspect properties
  • Coordinate board meetings and other HOA activities
  • Support property values and build relationships with homeowners, board members, and service providers

Requirements

  • Property management experience is preferred
  • A valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation are required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A customer-focused approach
  • Experience managing vendors
  • Experience with accounts payable and budgeting
  • Proficiency with Excel, Office, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • High-speed internet and a dedicated home office suitable for remote work
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Applicants must live in East Chattanooga, Tennessee, or the immediate surrounding area
