Regional Health Services Director - San Francisco, CA
Lead resident health services across Oakmont’s California senior living communities in this regional LVN director role. Oversee wellness and medication programs, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
Description
- Provide resident care support across assigned communities
- Help ensure residents receive appropriate wellness services and assistance with daily living activities
- Direct the implementation and oversight of resident care programs
- Manage medication programs and related policies
- Maintain compliant use of RealPage according to company standards
- Support several communities within the assigned region
- Educate and train team members
Requirements
- Preferably based in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Preferably based in California
- Hold a valid California nursing license in good standing as either a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Maintain a valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
- Four years of RCFE experience is preferred
- Three years of employee supervision and management experience is preferred
- Experience in assisted living clinical care is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to teach and train staff effectively
- Ability to use a personal computer and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Successful completion of criminal background and health screening checks, including physical and tuberculosis testing, is required
- May need to receive vaccinations, complete daily screening and surveillance testing, and use face coverings or other personal protective equipment as required by regulations
