Description

  • Contribute to firmwide knowledge management by organizing, capturing, and sharing information
  • Process redaction requests and arrange confidential documents according to established procedures
  • Inspect content for sensitive information and apply redaction standards accurately
  • Maintain document files, metadata, and records in electronic document management systems
  • Organize, update, and retrieve information for team operations
  • Create summaries, progress updates, and other documents that support internal workflows
  • Research source materials and verify information before release
  • Monitor incoming documents, assign items to the correct queue, and track completion
  • Work with multiple teams to clarify requirements, resolve processing issues, and deliver work on schedule

Requirements

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree required
  • At least 1.5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong spoken and written English skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
  • Active listening skills and clear communication with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to gather information from multiple sources and identify patterns
  • Flexibility when client needs and team priorities change
