Real Estate Sales Agent - Rennes (Hybrid)

Description
- Represent ALB as a sales agent in your local area
- Find and actively prospect property owners
- Persuade owners to entrust ALB with managing their properties
- Negotiate and sign property management agreements
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers
- Maintain relationships with property owners and guests
- Develop a client portfolio that generates recurring monthly income
- Set your schedule across partial remote work and field activities
- Optionally recruit sponsored City Managers and earn commissions from their activity
Requirements
