Night Shift Maintenance Engineer
Maintain refrigeration, plumbing, drainage, and electrical systems at a Waitrose depot. Help keep GXO Logistics’ customer operations safe, compliant, and running smoothly.
Description
- Support the Engineering Manager in meeting contractual commitments while minimising disruption
- Inspect and maintain large industrial ammonia refrigeration plants
- Keep refrigeration equipment available and operating efficiently
- Complete planned and reactive plumbing and drainage maintenance
- Carry out electrical testing and diagnose faults
- Keep the depot, buildings, and associated facilities safe and compliant
Requirements
- A City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent engineering qualification is essential
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- An electrical specialisation is an advantage
- 18th Edition wiring qualification is essential
- Available to work Sunday to Thursday, 21:30–05:30
- Available for full-time, permanent work
