PwC seeks a Senior Associate to advise health services clients on clinical operations and business transformation. The role focuses on operational analysis, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and change initiatives.

Description

  • Assess complex healthcare operations and turn findings into actionable insights
  • Deliver business transformation initiatives that strengthen clinical operations and service delivery
  • Apply analytical methods and business data to improve performance and optimize processes
  • Engage stakeholders to clarify needs and connect operational plans to business objectives
  • Support change management programs that enable smooth transitions and stronger organizational performance
  • Research health services markets to identify operational trends and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and execute operations strategies that simplify workflows and increase efficiency
  • Work with project teams to promote collaboration and achieve clinical operations outcomes
  • Develop client relationships and oversee others
  • Coach junior colleagues while upholding professional standards
  • Anticipate client needs and provide high-quality consulting solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least four years of professional experience
  • Preferred academic background in accounting, actuarial science, analytics or data science, business administration or management, computer science or information systems, economics, engineering, finance, government or public policy, health administration or public health, mathematics or statistics, operations or supply chain, organizational management or behavior, or risk management or insurance
  • Strong analytical thinking and business data analytics capabilities
  • Knowledge of business performance metrics and operational excellence
  • Experience with change management and process improvement methods
  • Experience engaging stakeholders on health services projects
  • Operations management and strategy development experience
  • Client-focused operations consulting experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%
