Project Manager, Data Analyst

Description

  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned projects.
  • Lead meetings, record decisions, escalate risks, and share clear progress updates with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, resource requirements, and constraints.
  • Build and maintain project dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Present project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs in visual form.
  • Improve project delivery workflows, reduce manual status reporting, and help standardize PMO practices.
  • Collect, validate, and report project data accurately.
  • Provide dependable status updates, trend analysis, and management reports.
  • Use performance data to inform decisions, assess schedule health, and identify ways to improve project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, data science, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and using data or reporting tools to monitor performance.
  • Ability to structure complex work, define scope, manage schedules and dependencies, resolve issues, and align stakeholders.
  • Experience with Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, or comparable project management software.
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying and validating datasets.
  • Practical experience with Tableau, Power BI, or a similar data visualization platform.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
  • Experience using workflow automation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Minimum qualifications by education and related experience: doctorate with 3 years, master’s degree with 6 years, or bachelor’s degree with 8 years.
