Project Engineer – F135 ECU HPC (Onsite)

Coordinate F135 ECU HPC validation, supplier deliverables, budgets, and schedules. Support Pratt & Whitney compressor design and development for aerospace engines.

Description

  • Partner with Integrated Product Team Leads to satisfy task and technical requirements
  • Coordinate supplier resources to deliver hardware and achieve technical milestones
  • Support validation activities, including engine builds and testing, throughout the program’s validation phase
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers across disciplines and management levels to fulfill task requirements
  • Use Agile, Jira, and Confluence to manage and communicate status and technical content to internal and external customers
  • Control budgets and schedules against program-negotiated deliverables
  • Support the design, development, and in-service support of fans and low-, and high-pressure compressors for commercial and military engine models

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  • At least two years of relevant engineering experience
  • U.S. citizenship, as required by program and contract conditions
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks effectively
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Confluence, Jira, and SAP
  • Control Account Manager experience is preferred
