Product Content Specialist at Mouser Electronics — Hybrid, India
Create and maintain electronic-component product content for Mouser Electronics in a hybrid India-based role. Responsibilities include web publishing, microsite management, quality assurance, reporting, workflow coordination, and supplier information.
Description
- Create and update Mouser.com product pages using supplier-provided content and input
- Oversee daily operations, production targets, and goal tracking
- Coordinate work queues, workflows, updates, and changes with the Technical Marketing Manager and Director of Web Product Marketing
- Develop electronic-component product expertise while following relevant industry news, trends, and practices
- Build productive relationships with internal and external business contacts
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and conduct peer quality assurance reviews
- Collect process updates and communicate them to staff
- Manage assigned content across Detail Feature pages, microsites, Supplier Landing Pages, and Home Page Product Spotlights
- Apply the Mouser style guide to new and revised content
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required; Electrical or Electronics is preferred
- Web content creation and HTML experience are highly desirable
- Content management system knowledge combined with a technical or copywriting background
- Familiarity with electronic-component terminology
- Some experience with design or page layout
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing abilities
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to prioritize assessments and meet deadlines
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Relevant experience may combine internal and external experience
- Internal candidates must have a minimum Highly Effective performance rating in their current role
