PPE Maintenance Technician – Grand Est, France
Field technician responsible for regulatory maintenance of Category 3 PPE at Lyreco customer sites. The role covers visit planning, work traceability, and customer relationship management across the Grand Est region.
Description
- Perform regulatory inspections, maintenance, testing, calibration, and compliance work on Category 3 PPE at customer sites
- Plan customer visits across the assigned territory
- Use digital tools to manage operations and document completed work
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute actively to Health, Safety, and Environment programs
- Travel daily and stay overnight occasionally
- Provide periodic support in other regions of France
Requirements
- Technical high school diploma or an equivalent qualification
- Genuine interest in technical subjects
- Confidence performing practical, hands-on work
- Experience with after-sales service, Category 3 PPE, or use of these products is advantageous
- Self-directed and capable of working independently
- Highly organized, methodical, and thorough
- Able to work effectively in regulated, procedure-driven settings
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Proficient with standard office software
- Valid Category B driving licence
