Description

  • Manage intake for incoming requests, initiatives, and work efforts.
  • Check submissions for completeness and quality of supporting documentation.
  • Maintain portfolio repositories, intake records, and related documentation.
  • Help prepare governance meetings, set agendas, and track action items.
  • Follow portfolio management processes and standards.
  • Contribute to portfolio planning and prioritization.
  • Collect and organize information used to assess work requests.
  • Support capacity planning, demand management, and prioritization exercises.
  • Keep portfolio status records and planning materials up to date.
  • Produce regular portfolio reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain portfolio metrics, scorecards, and tracking tools.
  • Help prepare presentations and status updates for executives.
  • Spot discrepancies, information gaps, and reporting issues.
  • Arrange meetings and communications, and follow up on next steps.
  • Collect stakeholder updates and keep portfolio information current.
  • Track action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Help business and technology teams work together.
  • Improve portfolio management processes and reporting.
  • Help document standard operating procedures.
  • Find ways to improve efficiency, automation, and consistency.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of portfolio, program, or project management; business analysis; or governance practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships independently.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  • Proficiency with portfolio management and reporting tools.
  • Ability to use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot in daily work.
  • Ability to assess AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
  • Experience incorporating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or generate insights.
  • Familiarity with AI-supported research, summarization, and content creation.
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection.
  • Required: 2–5 years of experience in portfolio, project, or program management; business analysis; governance; operations; technology delivery; or a related field.
  • Required: Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Experience with Workfront, Aha!, Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting portfolio governance, prioritization, or demand management.
  • Preferred: Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred: CAPM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile certification, or similar credential.
  • Candidates must not require visa sponsorship.
