Description

  • Use personalized questions to turn transactions, account maintenance, and routine service requests into conversations that strengthen client relationships
  • Generate sales opportunities through lead calls, workplace banking outreach to businesses, and referral-network development
  • Meet daily key performance metrics while managing competing priorities
  • Process transactions, manage a cash drawer, and complete bank documentation in line with industry and legal standards
  • Recommend and sell banking products and services that support customers’ financial well-being
  • Complete other assigned job duties

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of retail experience engaging customers and making product recommendations that result in sales, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability for branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
  • Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days
  • Ability to contribute effectively in a high-energy, sales-focused team
  • Product knowledge and conversational ability to assess customer needs and recommend financial solutions
  • Strong communication and constructive problem-solving skills
  • Careful attention to detail when completing documents or explaining product features and benefits
