Oversee payroll and time-tracking vendor relationships
Manage regional processes and advance standardization and continuous improvement
Partner with HR and IT to prepare and optimize payroll systems
Manage selected regional projects as Project Manager
Support team members, build trust, and oversee performance
Coach and motivate colleagues, encourage cross-team collaboration, and monitor wellbeing
Deliver projects and improvement initiatives in line with leadership direction

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
At least two years of experience leading people
Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and projects
Experience using payroll systems and managing vendors
Ability to lead process improvement and standardization
Understanding of HR and IT system integration
Experience with global payroll operations
Project management capability
