Description

  • Produce polished visual assets for the Tendem project and real-world applications
  • Develop distinctive logos and visual identity concepts from brand requirements and creative briefs
  • Explore multiple logo directions through strong conceptual development
  • Maintain consistent branding principles across assets and formats
  • Build clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies
  • Create reusable social media templates, marketing collateral, and one-pagers
  • Use advanced typography, grid systems, and deliberate composition in design work
  • Turn raw data and concepts into refined assets for marketing and communications
  • Check visual alignment, color application, and layout consistency before delivery
  • Complete qualification steps and support projects that match your capabilities
  • Work independently on varied visual design assignments during active project phases

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in graphic, digital, or visual communications design for 1–2 years is desirable
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related creative discipline is a plus
  • A strong portfolio showing professional graphic design work, particularly logos, branding, or visual identity development
  • A portfolio link with relevant graphic design examples is required; applications without one or applicable design cases will not be considered
  • Ability to originate logo concepts and turn brand ideas into effective visual solutions
  • Experience creating social graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers is valued
  • Exceptional command of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems
  • Adaptable, detail-focused approach suited to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and resolve visual design challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to take original logo and identity concepts from exploration to polished final execution
  • Strong knowledge of brand identity, including typography, color, visual language, consistency, and application across formats
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn abstract brand ideas into distinctive, relevant, effective concepts
  • Exceptional command of typography, precise grids, and visual composition
  • Demonstrated ability to organize information through modern infographics and social media templates
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma
  • Ability to move between one-pagers and digital templates while adapting designs to medium constraints
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to manage multiple visual tasks at once
  • Submit your CV in English
  • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher is required
  • Availability for an estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases
