Part-Time Field Appointment Setter in Naperville

Rolling Suds is seeking a part-time field appointment setter for in-person business outreach. The role involves identifying facility-maintenance decision-makers, scheduling qualified meetings, and supporting the owner’s sales process.

Description

  • Visit businesses in assigned target areas using provided prospect lists.
  • Prospect office parks, retail centers, restaurants, commercial kitchens, multi-unit housing, schools, medical buildings, auto dealerships, fleets, and other businesses.
  • Engage front-desk staff professionally and identify facility-maintenance decision-makers.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified decision-makers and the owner through the calendar link.
  • Record completed visits in the CRM.
  • Support the owner by arranging presentations, scope-of-work discussions, and estimates.
  • Perform all prospecting through in-person business-to-business door knocking.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Use a smartphone for CRM and calendar tasks.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Be able to work in the field across Naperville, Elmhurst, and surrounding western suburbs.
  • Be comfortable approaching unfamiliar people and building genuine connections.
  • Prior sales experience is not required.
