Operations Manager - Oahu Onsite

Lead Crown Equipment Corporation’s lift-truck sales, rental, service, and parts branch operations on Oahu. Oversee personnel, customer satisfaction, profitability, inventory, and operational performance.

Description

  • Direct daily branch operations and business activities
  • Establish or evaluate service and parts policies and performance
  • Oversee functions supporting service, parts, sales, and rental departments
  • Manage personnel across the sales, rental, service, and parts departments
  • Track performance against profitability targets while maintaining appropriate utilization and inventory levels
  • Work directly with customers to support key accounts, complex transactions, and product, service, and warranty concerns
  • Create sales and service strategies
  • Collect product and market intelligence and collaborate with the General Manager and corporate teams
  • Coordinate and resolve matters related to equipment sales, leasing, service, and parts
  • Recruit, hire, train, develop, and advise direct reports
  • Recommend compensation adjustments
  • Assess training needs and opportunities
  • Partner with Human Resources on disciplinary matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with three years of management experience
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and ability to operate lift trucks safely
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Lift-truck industry and territory sales experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, time management, judgment, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Experience in branch operations
  • Working knowledge of the company, its products, customers, and suppliers, including how these areas interact
  • Previous experience in each department within a branch organization
  • Authorized to work legally in the United States
  • Candidates with temporary visas or who require current or future work-authorization sponsorship are not eligible for hire
