- Assist customers with questions about their financial needs
- Process teller transactions, including check cashing, deposits, and withdrawals
- Recommend suitable bank products and services
- Balance and maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Deliver a positive customer experience through daily interactions

Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills for relating to and empathizing with customers and coworkers
- Ability to use standard office and banking equipment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Effective communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Consistent accuracy and attention to detail when balancing and maintaining a cash drawer
