Description
- Maintain item, pricing, fee, customer, vendor, delivery, and other master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests with SQL and available reporting tools
- Extract, analyze, and validate ERP data for operational and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate, complete, and reliable system records
- Help business users resolve data-related requests and issues
- Recommend improvements to data processes and system efficiency
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT on system configuration and reporting results
- Document ERP data maintenance and reporting procedures
- Assist the Business Analysis Manager and team with additional projects and assignments
- Apply accurate and timely updates to Dynamics 365 data
- Deliver accurate ad hoc reports within requested timelines
- Provide data support to Finance and Operations users
- Investigate and resolve data issues affecting business processes
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and lookup functions, is required
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis are required
- A bachelor’s degree or at least three years of data support experience is preferred
- Previous ERP experience, preferably with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, is preferred
- Experience maintaining operational or financial data in business systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to convert business requirements into data or reporting solutions
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Ability to work independently, own results, and collaborate effectively
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities and changing deadlines
