Description

  • Build customer relationships and address merchandising needs through clear communication.
  • Stock shelves and maintain, refresh, or replace in-store displays.
  • Serve as a professional Mondelēz representative when interacting with store employees.
  • Partner with sales representatives to improve product visibility and create promotional displays.
  • Complete store visits in line with Mondelēz DSD merchandising procedures.
  • Photograph displays at assigned retail locations.
  • Use an iPad tablet to order products for shelves and displays.
  • Keep leading Nabisco brands stocked, represented, and maintained according to company standards.
  • Confirm that agreed plans with store managers are implemented.
  • Report store or merchandising issues to the Mondelēz management team.
  • Follow the daily route and schedule established by the merchandising manager.
  • Support seasonal sales activity, seasonal displays, and new product introductions.
  • Present a positive, energetic, and professional image for Mondelēz in stores.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license issued by the applicant's state of residence is required.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Be able to drive a personal vehicle between multiple store locations.
  • Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
  • Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
  • Reside within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Las Vegas, Nevada.
  • Maintain open availability, including weekends and holidays when needed; schedules may change with business needs.
