Description
- Manage motor vehicle and personal injury claims independently across all liability areas
- Investigate case facts and provide customers with proactive, situation-specific support
- Evaluate and explain coverage and liability matters clearly for different audiences
- Calculate fair and accurate compensation payments
- Identify and pursue recourse claims reliably
- Work with Simpego teams, external customers, and service providers
- Share expertise and practical experience on claims-related projects
- Develop professionally through continuous learning and exposure to new topics
Requirements
- Completed insurance training is preferred
- Professional experience in personal injury claims
- At least three years of claims-handling experience
- Strong customer orientation and a practical, hands-on approach
- Willingness to work in a small, goal-focused team
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented working style
- Calm and composed when working under pressure
- Adaptable and flexible approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Open to adopting new technologies and solutions
- Very good German and French language skills
- Italian and/or English language skills are advantageous
