Mobile SDK Engineer (iOS) – Hybrid, Spain
Develop iOS SDKs and data-collection solutions for Apple devices. Help harmonize Speedtest and Umlaut SDKs while improving their performance.
Description
- Build and maintain iOS solutions and components
- Contribute to the evolution and harmonization of the Speedtest and Umlaut SDKs
- Deliver new features and enhancements in Swift
- Design and develop reusable SDKs, libraries, and components
- Work with technical colleagues to ensure reliable SDK integration and operation
- Investigate technical issues affecting application behavior across Apple devices and iOS versions
- Analyze and optimize the performance of developed solutions
Requirements
- At least five years of native iOS development experience
- Strong command of Swift
- Experience building SDKs, frameworks, libraries, or reusable components
- Knowledge of mobile architecture and software development best practices
- Experience working with APIs and integration processes
- Ability to contribute to complex technical projects in a collaborative environment
- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1)
- Experience with data-collection, telemetry, or measurement SDKs is valued
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization on Apple mobile devices is valued
- Experience with analysis and monitoring tools is valued
- Knowledge of Objective-C is valued
- Experience publishing and maintaining applications or SDKs within the Apple ecosystem is valued
- Experience with telecommunications, networking, or connectivity-measurement projects is valued
