- Track market developments and proven practices to recommend new content approaches
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing social media strategy and day-to-day operations
- Strong ability to manage and publish content on Instagram and YouTube
- Capability to interpret performance metrics and produce spreadsheet-based reports
- Proficiency with Canva and foundational Adobe Premiere editing skills
- Proven experience with editorial planning and strategic brand development
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and exceptionally organized, with consistent attention to deadlines
- Able to work in a hybrid arrangement in Alphaville, São Paulo
- Experience developing personal brand positioning
- Prior experience coordinating requests and workflows with external agencies
- Intermediate skills in video editing and image retouching software
