Description

  • Support a CI&T client operating in the employee benefits sector
  • Help the team and client improve process maturity
  • Build and enhance backend services with Java and Spring Boot
  • Connect applications with AWS services including SNS, SQS, Lambda, S3, and Redis
  • Design and access Oracle and MongoDB data stores for performance and scalability
  • Produce clean, testable code based on SOLID, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture principles
  • Contribute to technical decisions
  • Review code and help continuously improve services
  • Collaborate on solutions that deliver meaningful impact for large enterprises

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience with Java 17 or later and Spring Boot 3 or later
  • Production experience with AWS services including SNS/SQS, S3, and Lambda
  • Understanding of event-driven architecture, including event modeling, contracts, topics and queues, dead-letter queues, and idempotency
  • Practical microservices experience covering service communication, API versioning, and basic observability
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle and MongoDB databases
  • Experience writing automated unit and integration tests with JUnit and Mockito
  • Practical command of SOLID, Clean Code, layered architecture, and Clean Architecture
  • Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD experience with GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar is preferred
  • Redis or ElastiCache experience is preferred
  • Experience applying artificial intelligence is preferred
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps repositories and pipelines is preferred
  • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design is preferred
  • Work independently, take initiative, and remain accountable for deadlines and delivery quality
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with peers
