Medpace Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – Germany Hybrid

Medpace’s CRA pathway supports Clinical Research Coordinators and Study Nurses transitioning into independent CRA roles in drug and medical device development. Participants receive structured training, practical experience, and departmental rotations.

Description

  • Attend Medpace’s virtual event for Clinical Research Coordinators and Study Nurses pursuing Clinical Research Associate roles
  • Meet Medpace and connect with experienced CRA Managers
  • Explore clinical research work supporting drug and medical device development
  • Complete comprehensive initial and ongoing training through the PACE Training Program
  • Build CRA capabilities through guided discussions, practical exercises, and hands-on practicums
  • Take part in departmental rotations covering key stages of drug and medical device development and approval
  • Prepare to perform CRA responsibilities independently with confidence at Medpace

Requirements

  • Currently work as a Clinical Research Coordinator, Clinical Research Nurse, or in an equivalent role
  • Reside in Germany and have full authorization to work there
  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related or science-related discipline
  • Have a minimum of one year of Clinical Research Coordinator experience
  • Be able to travel 60–70% to DACH-region locations, with some visits potentially conducted remotely
  • Demonstrate proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Bring strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Be highly detail-oriented with effective time-management skills
  • Have excellent spoken and written German and English skills
